About the role
We are seeking a motivated and organised Administration Officer to join our dedicated Mudgee Health Service Medical Imaging Team on a casual basis.
This role will give you the opportunity to showcase and develop your skills across various administrative tasks including booking of patient procedures across a range of Medical Imaging examinations, ensuring accurate data entry, patient preparation, billing and report distribution, and assisting the broader Medical Imaging Team to achieve a high quality service for our patients and referrers.
Working with a small team consisting of clerical, radiographers and sonographers. Medical Imaging are a dynamic team, working in a busy department. With the support of our Medical Imaging Team, this role will utilise your patient contact skills, your phone skills for patient bookings and other contact, including referrers and general enquiries. Various hospital and Medical Imaging IT systems are constantly used, enabling you to enjoy the challenge of a busy Inpatient and Outpatient Department.
