Join our team as an Administration Officer – Medical Records, In this role, you’ll ensure the accurate collection, review, and storage of medical records, track and manage record movements, and respond promptly to requests from stakeholders, including wards, clinics, and researchers.
Delivering exceptional customer service, you’ll also handle a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, support senior officers with complex tasks, and actively participate in quality processes within the unit, identifying areas for improvement and potential solutions to improve service delivery.
