About the role
The Registered Nurse works as part of the multidisciplinary healthcare team providing nursing care to patients/clients of the health service; and leading, directing and supervising other nurses and care roles in the team, such as Enrolled Nurses (EN), Assistants in Nursing (AIN) and student Registered Nurses (RN), to support quality care for patients/clients. This role offers a flexible, rotating roster and is primarily mixed between Medical / Surgical wards with the opportunity to rotate into other specialities of Theatre, Emergency and Renal services.

Cowra Hospital is currently undergoing a redevelopment to a new hospital due for completion end of 2025.
Cowra is a town in the central West of NSW with a population of approx. 10,000. It is located on the banks of the Lachlan River and boasts a rich cultural and farming heritage. The town has multiple supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and many cafes. It has an art gallery, boutique shops and a library.
