- Current Authority to Practise as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Current licence to drive in NSW with the ability to drive for work purposes, including overnight stays.
- At least five years fulltime equivalent post registration clinical experience and post graduate qualifications relevant Oncology experience.
- Demonstrated clinical expertise and clinical leadership in the area of specialty.
- Demonstrated experience of leading, motivating and supporting a team. The ability to work effectively and collaboratively both independently and as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team.
- Demonstrated effective communication including verbal, written and interpersonal skills, and advanced information technology skills to provide consultancy services and deliver innovative nursing practice.
- Demonstrated personal attributes including resilience, accountability, integrity and ability to manage self.
- Demonstrated ability to identify education needs and delivery education for patients/ clients and health care professionals.
- Experience in venepuncture or willingness to undertake training.
