To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and demonstrated experience working in a work health and safety role.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing WHS systems, policies, procedures and programs towards achievement of positive health and Well-being outcomes
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and demonstrated experience in developing, implementing and evaluating WHS training programs
- Demonstrated experience in use of incident and claims data system to develop WHS risk reduction strategies
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating change in a large work environment
- Demonstrated high level negotiation, mediation skills and communication skills
- Ability to manage projects in a high volume work area while managing competing priorities
- Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.
