To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.

  1. Degree in mental health related field or equivalent work experience or a combination of study and work experience.
  2. Experience in health service project implementation and evaluation with experience in the implementation and delivery of training and support to clinical staff.
  3. Demonstrated commitment to and experience in quality management, change management and outcomes evaluation.
  4. Demonstrated capacity to contribute to quality assurance and academic research projects associated with this implementation.
  5. Excellent communicator both in both written and oral form. Able to explain concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders and work cooperatively with diverse groups.
  6. Effective interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and personal resilience.
  7. Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.
