- Degree in mental health related field or equivalent work experience or a combination of study and work experience.
- Experience in health service project implementation and evaluation with experience in the implementation and delivery of training and support to clinical staff.
- Demonstrated commitment to and experience in quality management, change management and outcomes evaluation.
- Demonstrated capacity to contribute to quality assurance and academic research projects associated with this implementation.
- Excellent communicator both in both written and oral form. Able to explain concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders and work cooperatively with diverse groups.
- Effective interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and personal resilience.
- Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.
