Exciting opportunity to join our social work team and be part of the Palliative Care Social Work Service at Campbelltown and Camden Hospitals.
Employment Type (including hours per week):  Permanent Full Time, 38 hours per week.

Remuneration: $97708 - $100979 per annum

Campbelltown Hospital is recruiting for a Social Worker (Level 3) to complement and enhance the current Palliative Care Community & Inpatient department. What You'll Be Doing
This position is responsible for providing specialist Social Work service to consumers and their carers to ensure the provision of optimal health outcomes consistent with SWSLHD policies and procedures, standards, relevant legislation, and the NSW Health Code of Conduct. The position will also participate in professional development, clinical supervision, teaching, quality activities and other relevant departmental and administrative duties.
