About the Opportunity
Liverpool Hospital Eastern Campus is offering a unique opportunity to work closely with NSW Health and SWSPHN to deliver health and wellbeing initiatives to meet the needs of the local community. The Health Manager Level 2 is highly motivated, passionate to serve the community, works autonomously and is a great team player. This is a temporary position until the August 2026 with flexible working arrangements and other work benefits.

 

What You'll Be Doing
This role is part of the Population Health Collaboration team at SWSLHD and will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders including the Manager Healthy Places, and other Senior Project Officers in the Collaboration Unit.

  1. Tertiary qualifications in science, health or related field, or relevant work experience.
  2. Experience working within a project environment with the ability to organise and prioritise tasks in a high volume and demanding environment with a proven ability to prioritise competing timelines and achieve results.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff at various levels and external stakeholders to establish and maintain effective collaborative relationships.
  4. Demonstrated skills and experience in change management and project management including the ability to plan, design, implement, monitor and evaluate new programs and services.
  5. Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
