Tertiary qualifications in a health/social science related discipline or equivalent experience

Demonstrated experience in policy or program implementation and commitment to research, planning and legislation for multicultural or refugee communities

Demonstrated high-level experience in undertaking health related research with people from CALD backgrounds and their communities; including high level data management, data analysis skills
-
Demonstrated high-level project management skills; including strong project planning, evaluation skills and time management skills
-
Demonstrated experience in facilitating workforce/service development programs including high level consultation skills
-
Ability to manage, motivate and coordinate professional staff and to work within an action oriented multidisciplinary team.

Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as work in a team environment
-
Evidence of competency in using office software and systems.
