  1. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written skills including the ability to argue complex issues
  2. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the conduct of disciplinary investigations
  3. Demonstrated sound knowledge of the NSW Industrial Relations system
  4. Proven experience in Human Resources and Industrial negotiations and in providing sound advice on related matters
  5. Demonstrated experience in providing legal advice and representation, including in presenting matters before Industrial and other Tribunals.
