Senior Cancer Information Manager (Health Mgr Lvl 3) - Perm FT

1. Qualifications in a relevant area which includes health information management, health informatics, clinical coding, nursing, allied health, anatomy or pathology with a minimum 5 years’ experience within the field.
2. Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience supervising staff and monitoring workload within a team.
3. Sound knowledge of qualitative and quantitative strategies to monitor and report on service performance and clinical indicators
4. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop quality improvement programs with project management and/or change management experience
5. High level computer skills including the understanding of electronic medical record applications
6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Demonstrated superior organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing timeframes while maintaining attention to detail.
8. Ability and willingness to travel to various locations for meetings, conferences and educational purposes.
