To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the
selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.
- Qualifications in a relevant area which includes health information management, health informatics, clinical coding, nursing, allied health, anatomy or pathology with a minimum 5 years’ experience within the field.
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience supervising staff and monitoring workload within a team.
- Sound knowledge of qualitative and quantitative strategies to monitor and report on service performance and clinical indicators
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop quality improvement programs with project management and/or change management experience
- High level computer skills including the understanding of electronic medical record applications
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated superior organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing timeframes while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability and willingness to travel to various locations for meetings, conferences and educational purposes.
