How to Apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.

  1. Extensive experience with computer based Accounts Payable System. ie Oracle and actioning Stafflink notifications, and a thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required – Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  2. Possession of expert knowledge in all aspects of Accounts Payable related tasks, including the ability to train and give advice to others, and to develop procedures for others to follow.
  3. Demonstrated ability to prioritise busy workloads to meet the demands of the role and deadlines, to use initiative and work without supervision when required, as well as excellent analytical and problem solving skills, the ability to diagnose, priorities, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  4. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, and to interact positively, cooperatively, and equitably with colleagues to ensure team objectives are met, including verifying work undertaken by others as well as monitor workload.
  5. Demonstrated leadership skills as well as the ability to develop staff by sharing expert knowledge in Accounts Payable and practical experience in assisting and coordinating Accounts Payable clerks.
  6. Well developed verbal and written communication skills including the ability to liaise, resolve issues and conflict, and maintain effective interpersonal relationships at all levels.
  7. Excellent customer service skills required in communicating with a diverse group of people, both internal and external to the organization.
  8. Extensive experience with computer based Accounts Payable System. ie Oracle and actioning Stafflink notifications, and a thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required – Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
