- Successful completion of a Bachelor of Nursing (Registered nurse) or equivalent qualifications as recognised by Australian Health Practitioners Regulatory Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated previous clinical trials experience or willingness to learn the governing principles and practice of Research and Clinical Trials
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development with recent experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care/hospital environment or other relevant specialty.
- Demonstrated understanding of the EQUiP National standards and a willingness to be involved in Quality Improvement activities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of the nurse’s role and responsibilities in the use of practice development principles to engage with patients/clients and guide others in the provision of a high standard of care.
- Demonstrated well developed organizational and problem solving skills and demonstrated will developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated computer skills including Microsoft (MS) Outlook, Word and Excel with willingness to learn and use electronic medical information, reporting and data capture systems.
