1. Extensive clinical specialty experience including demonstrated advanced practice skills and management of a complex physiotherapy caseload.
2. Demonstrated effective skills and experience in leadership and management, supervision and education of staff and/or students.
3. Demonstrated commitment to professional development and ability to implement evidence based practice.
4. Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in the planning, implementation and evaluation of quality improvement, research and service development activities.
5. Demonstrated effective interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build partnerships with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
6. Demonstrated effective time management skills and ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
7. Advanced level of clinical knowledge and expertise in Orthopaedics/Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy
8.  Advanced level of clinical knowledge and expertise in management of patients with musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, respiratory and rheumatologic conditions and the frail aged patient. 
9. Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.
