Occupational Therapy Team Leader (Lvl 4) - Acute Medical and Surgical - Temp FT

• Recognised Degree in Occupational Therapy or other qualification deemed appropriate by the employer, with registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Demonstrated high level clinical expertise and knowledge of a wide range of clinical conditions in acute medical and surgical caseloads
• Demonstrated experience leading quality improvement processes and involvement in service evaluation and development
• Demonstrated experience implementing evidence into practice and knowledge and/or experience in research
• Excellent time management skills and an ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Demonstrated experience in the management, clinical supervision and mentoring of staff and/or students
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively adapt to ongoing change to achieve health service outcomes
• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills including interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills and computer literacy in a range of programs
