1. 1. Current Authority to Practice as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2), General with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
   2. Demonstrated recent experience as an Enrolled Nurse in an acute care environment appropriate to the relevant speciality
   3. Demonstrated capacity to interact with others in a personable and professional manner and personally resolve conflicts when they arise
   4. Demonstrated understanding and participation in risk management, work health and safety and quality improvement in the workplace
