Selection Criteria

  • Clerical and administrative experience with demonstrated accuracy to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Typing speed of 40 words per minute
  • Experience in data entry and knowledge of computerized information system applications
  • Demonstrated ability to use initiative and work in a team environment
  • Experience working in a call centre environment or busy switchboard
  • Understanding of issues related to provision of interpreter services
  • Understanding or experience working in a multicultural environment
