About the role
This is a unique part-time position offering flexible workdays across 5 days
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating staff rosters in partnership with the Team Leader
Managing supplies, stationery, and office resources
Scheduling appointments and booking rooms
Preparing and distributing meeting minutes and paperwork
Maintaining up-to-date records in both hard-copy folders and Content Manager

Ability to demonstrate administrative skills, particularly in providing secretarial, reception and administrative support in office management.
Demonstrated competency in the use of Microsoft Office products, with an emphasis on word processing, Outlook, spreadsheet and database applications.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to plan and meet deadlines and prioritise work commitments with minimal supervision.
Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
