Selection Criteria:

  • Demonstrated developed interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to use initiative and exercise judgement when dealing with confidential issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and follow recruitment policy and procedures.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow directions, complete tasks to an agreed timeframe.
  • Current unrestricted drivers' licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances.
