Selection Criteria
- Recovery at Work Accreditation Certificate with demonstrated experience in injury management, rehabilitation coordination and workers compensation claims management and the ability to interpret relevant legislation and apply appropriately.
- Well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication, consultation and negotiation skills necessary to gather and share information and build and maintain effective collaborative relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated sound analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proven time management skills to adapt and cope with changing priorities and demands in a multidisciplinary work environment.
- Demonstrated capacity to establish, develop and maintain strong and effective collaborative relationships and teamwork with senior management, staff and other key internal and external stakeholders.
- Evidence of a current unrestricted drivers’ licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays.
