Selection Criteria

  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in health or related field, with demonstrated performance in an operational setting and/or experience in healthcare developments

  2. Highly developed negotiation, consultation and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to maintain objectivity whilst engaging with a range of stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  3. A strong understanding of NSW Health processes for service and health planning and NSW Health Facility Guidelines in relation to Commissioning
  4. Proven project management skills and experience, including a proven ability to deliver project outcomes on time and within budget
  5. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with the project team, district management and key stakeholders
  6. Comprehensive understanding of the complexities relating to health care provision in the Eurobodalla area
  7. Advanced skills in managing information via relevant systems and programs, such as Power BIand Microsoft programs such as Teams and Excel
  8. Evidence of a current unrestricted drivers' licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays
