Where you'll be working
Southern NSW Local Health District covers a large area of the southern half of NSW. What you'll be doing
The District Operations Support Manager will undertake a number of roles including linking data integrity with operations performance in line with the SNSWLHD Performance Framework, providing leadership and coordination of special events, coordinate performance reviews by request or as directed along with overseeing the Operational plan, along with undertaking regular reviews to ensure efficiency of services and mitigating matters to achieve collaborative approaches.

Selection Criteria:

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and problem-solving skills with ability to create communication for a range of stakeholders and manage high level complex communications.
  2. High level of administrative skills including reporting, process improvement and management of multi-faceted matters and ability to develop, monitor, implement and evaluate administrative practices, systems and procedures for quality outcomes and to optimise efficiency.
  3. Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload, work under pressure and meet deadlines, including ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
  4. Demonstrated ability to develop creative internal communications documents for with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  5. Proven ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with clinicians, managers, other staff, and external stakeholders.
  6. Evidence of current unrestricted drivers' licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays.
