Selection Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications and current registration with AHPRA for Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, or eligibility for membership for the Australian Association fo Social Workers for Social Workers.
- Demonstrated ability to stay informed of current trends in Aged Care service delivery.
- Detailed knowledge of the Australian Government, My Aged Care Assessment Manual-June 2018, the legislative requirements under the Aged Care Act 1997 and the My Aged Care Assessment and Portal User Guides.
- Demonstrated high level of verbal and written communications skills, including developed negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, including an ability to work across discipline boundaries and in a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own work.
- Knowledge of computer systems and the use of databases relevant to ACAP.
- Current unrestricted drivers' licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances.
