About the Role
This position will be based at Rivendell Child, Adolescent and Family Mental Health Services.
To provide a high quality Social Work service to patients/clients and carers in order to ensure the provision of optimal health outcomes for the patients/clients of the service.

Ideal Candidate
- Must hold a Bachelor or post graduate degree in Social Work that provides eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
- Demonstrated knowledge, skills and clinical experience in Social Work clinical practice.
Child protection - Child protection is the core responsibility of all who work in the child and adolescent mental health service. All staff are required to have detailed knowledge of and comply with policies and procedures relating to Child Protection and the NSW Health Code of Conduct. All clinicians are responsible for ensuring that identified issues are documented, escalated and action occurs as appropriate.
