Selection Criteria
- A qualification in a relevant health profession, relevant tertiary qualifications including post graduate management qualifications or equivalent or substantial work experience.
- Extensive senior management experience.
- Demonstrated accountability in managing highly complex human resource, administrative and financial issues, including budget development and management.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the coordination, implementation and evaluation of strategic planning of research programs and/or clinical services.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of regulatory and commercial issues related to cell and gene therapies.
- Demonstrated advanced analytical, strategic and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge, understanding and commitment to quality improvement, as well as experience in accreditation, licensing and service agreement processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
