We are seeking an enthusiastic registered nurse to join our clinical team for a period of 12 months!
    

About the Role
    

Sydney Local Health District has a long and proud history of delivering care in the community including prevention, early intervention, assessment, treatment, health maintenance and continuing care services designed to improve and support the health and wellbeing of individuals and communities. 

The Assertive Outreach Teams are tertiary level community mental health teams providing care coordinated services to consumers diagnosed with a severe and enduring mental illness and who require an enhanced level of support to sustain living in the community. The Mental Health Nurse will provide discipline specific and targeted assessments or interventions. Ideal Candidate
  • Recognised tertiary nursing qualifications and registration with AHPRA.
  • Current NSW Drivers Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
  • Demonstrated competencies to provide contemporary mental health practice.
