About the Opportunity
In this role, you will be responsible for the provision of patient centred; evidence informed nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes. You will assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Ideal Candidate
- Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills within a multidisciplinary team.
- Understanding of evidence informed practice and critical thinking.
- Minimum 1 year post graduate experience.
