About the Opportunity
The Registered Midwife is responsible for the provision of woman centred; evidence- based midwifery care that promotes identified health outcomes. The Registered Midwife will assess, plan, implement and evaluate midwifery care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
You will work in the high risk Antenatal ward, specialising in complex pregnancy and have opportunities to work with/alongside our Multi-disciplinary Team in the Fetal Medicine/Day Assessment Unit.

Ideal Candidate
- Has current midwifery registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Has the ability to work a 7 day rotating roster.
- Has demonstrated understanding of evidence informed practice and critical thinking.
- Has evidence of participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of skills, and willingness to apply and share professional expertise with colleagues.
