Sydney Local Health District (SLHD) is seeking a dynamic Registered Midwife to join our team at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital!

 

Do you have current midwifery registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)?

 

Do you have demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills within a multidisciplinary team?

 

The Registered Midwife is responsible for the provision of woman centred; evidence- based midwifery care that promotes identified health outcomes. The Registered Midwife will assess, plan, implement and evaluate midwifery care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

 

To be considered for this role you must have…

  • The ability to participate in a seven day rotating roster (12 hour shift )

 

All NSW Health workers are required to have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine by 30 September 2021 and two doses by 30 November 2021 or have an approved medical contraindication certificate. You will be required to provide a record of your COVID-19 vaccination status if successful.
