Selection Criteria

  1. Experience working in a human resources operational or recruitment environment for a large, complex organisation, or a similar position working with an e-recruitment system or human resources information system.
  2. A demonstrated commitment to providing a high level of customer service including the ability to liaise effectively while maintaining confidentiality.
  3. A demonstrated capacity to work in a high volume and demanding environment to meet strict deadlines while constantly looking at ways to improve service delivery.
  4. A demonstrated ability to communicate effectively within the team, to other staff and to external stakeholders.
  5. Demonstrated proficiency in using PC based software and ability using Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship skills including the capacity to successfully relate to all levels of management and staff as well as external stakeholders.
  7. Capacity and preparedness to acquire knowledge about/interpreting NSW Public Hospital awards or agreements.
  8. High level of organisational and administrative skills including attention to detail.
