Recovery@Work Coordinator – RPAH Staff Occupational Health (Health Manager Level 2)
Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated highly developed skills in communication, negotiation, counselling, and ability to write clear and accurate reports and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to relate well to employees and management at all levels and work in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability in using Microsoft Office software applications.
- Demonstrated ability in effective dispute resolution.
- Resourceful and demonstrated ability to work with a minimum of supervision, meet deadlines and possess excellent time management skills.
- Qualified health professional or relevant work experience, and must be accredited by NSW Workcover as a Return to Work Coordinator/Recovery@Work Coordinator.
- Demonstrated knowledge of NSW Workers Compensation legislation, as well as of relevant NSW Workcover guidelines for prevention and management of workplace injuries, together with extensive experience in rehabilitation of injured workers.
