Selection Criteria
- Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent and current registration with AHPRA
- Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge, skill and significant clinical experience in the provision of Physiotherapy
- Extensive experience and demonstrated ability in building and maintaining professional and therapeutic relationships through the application of written, verbal, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to apply and share expert knowledge with colleagues and other health professionals to enhance service delivery
- Demonstrated experience and ability to identify opportunities and innovatively lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of service delivery incorporating continuous improvement, evidence based practice and research
- Demonstrated extensive experience in the provision of clinical supervision, mentoring and development of junior staff and students.
- Demonstrated high level organisational, prioritisation and time management skills in an environment of competing clinical/administrative demands
- Excellent negotiation, decision making and advocacy skills including collaborative stakeholder consultation.
