About the Role

You will provide a high level of administrative support to the statewide Urgent Care Service (known as virtualADULTS) for RPA Virtual Hospital. The virtualADULTS service operates extended hours, seven days a week. 
 
The virtualADULTS service delivers virtual urgent care across metropolitan Sydney, including Sydney, Northern Sydney, South Eastern Sydney, South Western Sydney, Western Sydney and Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health Districts, as well as St Vincent’s Health Network and the regional Illawarra Shoalhaven and Central Coast Local Health Districts.
 
In this position, you will be responsible for all administrative functions related to the day-to-day running of the virtualADULTS service, specifically patient registration, patient information and records management, administrative data entry in the electronic medical record and data reconciliation.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven attention to detail with a high level of accuracy when working with a range of computer systems and administrative processes.
  • Strong computer literacy including proficient keyboard skills with the capacity to perform data collection, correction, auditing and reporting functions.
  • Available to participate in a seven day (shift) roster as the service runs from 8am to 10pm.
