Position Classification: Administrative Officer Level 3
Employment Type: Permanent Full Time; 38 hours per week
Remuneration: $66,027 - $68,085 per annum + Annual Leave Loading + 11.5% Superannuation
Location: Concord Repatriation General Hospital
  
  

Ideal candidate

  • Able to provide a high-level of customer service and communicate effectively (written, verbal and face to face).
  • Able to perform multiple administrative duties simultaneously and work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
  • Must be flexible to work the following shifts within the Ambulatory Care Business Unit:
    • 0700 - 1530, 0730 - 1600, 0800 - 1630, 0830 - 1700.

  
About your new job
  
You will provide a high standard of administrative support and customer service within the outpatient services, both in the front-line and back-office roles.
  
You will also provide support to a variety of Outpatient Services across the facility and is committed to Patient and Family Centred Care. 
  
This position provides administrative support to various outpatient departments in ACBU including Respiratory, Tuberculosis/Chest and Sleep. Furthermore you will be responsible for providing customer service, clinic and appointment management, billing and referral management, day to day operations of the outpatient services, providing support to clinicians and patient care.
