Out of Home Care Health Program Coordinator (Health Manager Level 2)
The ideal candidate will have...
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent, relevant experience and current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 Licence acceptable).
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of health care coordination, knowledge of current child protection policy and practice, and the needs of children and young people in OOHC, including the roles and responsibilities of human service agencies and non-government organisations involved in meeting these needs.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in delivery of relevant education and development of strategic priorities as they relate to OOHC service development and delivery.
