About the role
You will be based at Canterbury Hospital. We are committed to providing high quality healthcare services to our local community, focused on patient and family-centred care. Since opening in 1929 our hospital continues to grow to meet the changing needs of our community and incorporate new models of care.
The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the clinical services team to provide excellent patient/client care within the service/unit/facility in order to maximise the health outcomes for the community.

Ideal Candidate
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Recent management experience with experience in leading staff and managing services in the relevant setting, supported by a relevant tertiary management qualification and/or work experience.
- Well developed leadership skills and highly developed communication skills including the ability to manage conflicts and performance issues when they arise.
- Ability to manage change and guide others through change processes.
