Selection Criteria
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Health Service Management or Business, other relevant field and/or previous relevant experience in management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to tailor communication to varying audiences and high level computer literacy.
- Strong knowledge of the health sector and demonstrated hospital experience.
- Excellent organisational and management skills to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate flexibility.
- Ability to identify and implement improvements to processes and show initiative.
- Experience working independently with limited supervision, as well as functionally as part of a team.
- Experience managing projects and working with project teams to achieve improved outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to analysis and solve complex and sensitive problems; and to deal with complex issues with a high level of critical thinking and sound decision making skills.
