Selection Criteria

  • Experience in managing teams.
  • Qualifications in law and a Health discipline and/or extensive experience working in Health.
  • Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of the significant medico-legal matters that arise in Health and how they can impact on the SLHD.
  • Sound knowledge and skills in investigative processes, broad human resource practices and performance management principles.
  • High level of oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound clinical knowledge in health management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of mediation/counselling and advocacy.


ONLY PERMANENT EMPLOYEES OR TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES WITH 12 MONTHS CONTINUOUS SERVICE WITH NSW HEALTH ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY.
