We are looking for an experienced Gardener to join a dynamic and dedicated team.


Your new role...
The SLHD Gardener works within the SLHD Engineering Services Department. The primary focus of the position is to assist with maintaining a high standard of presentation of the grounds. This position is based at Concord Hospital, however the incumbent will be required to work at sites throughout SLHD.

The ideal candidate will have...

  • A Certificate in Horticulture, and a current unrestricted NSW Driver’s Licence (P2 licence accepted).
  • Experience in the field of large ground’s area maintenance with a good knowledge of mechanical gardening equipment such as mowers, etc.
  • Good knowledge of pest and weed control with knowledge of safe working practices and compliance with appropriate safety policies and procedures.
