Selection Criteria
- This is a Female Only position - Being female is recognised as a genuine occupation qualification and is authorised under section 31(2h) of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977.
- Degree in Medical Radiation Science or equivalent and current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Holder of NSW EPA Radiation Licence. Statement of accreditation or equivalent from the Australian Institute of Radiography.
- Certificate of Clinical Proficiency in Mammography
- Extensive experience in screening mammography and diagnostic mammography
- Extensive knowledge of technical quality assurance
- Experience in staff supervision
- Well-developed knowledge of the BreastScreen Australia program and an understanding of the National Accreditation Standards (NAS)
