About the Role

Concord Centre for Mental Health is committed to improving mental health for people and our communities by providing quality mental health services in partnership with consumers, families and service providers by providing quality healthcare, delivery of safe appropriate care, ensuring access to services, supporting our workforce, and working closely with the local community to manage the changing demand for services. 


This position is responsible for providing professional, high level executive secretarial and administrative support to the Office of the Director of Nursing, Mental Health Service. The position has overall responsibility for ensuring efficient office systems and procedures and the management of the Mental Nursing Administrative Team.

Ideal Candidate

  • Highly proficient experience using Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, including experience in the preparation of meeting minutes, briefing notes and reports.
  • Demonstrated experience in the effective management of administrative staff.
  • A current NSW Drivers Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable)
