WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
The Enrolled Nurse works under the guidance of Australian Nursing and Midwifery Council National Competency Standards for the Enrolled Nurse (EN) in collaboration with Registered Nurses (RN), multidisciplinary team and others to provide safe, compassionate, person centred care. The Enrolled Nurse is responsible at all times for his/her actions and is accountable for delegated nursing care.

THE REQUIREMENTS
- Current enrolment with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an EN with medication endorsement, including oral and intravenous competencies
- Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
