Emergency Department Clerical Supervisor (Administrative Officer Level 5)
Selection Criteria
- Excellent staff management skills.
- Ability to motivate staff & provide ongoing support/training.
- Ability to work as part of a team with demonstrated commitment to customer service.
- Highly developed negotiation skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, and demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Highly developed communication skills (written and verbal).
- High level of computer literacy, including the use of spread sheet, database and word processing software, including experience in Patient Administration Systems.
