The ideal candidate will have...
- Extensive experience in leadership and management within a health care setting at a senior management level
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead the financial resources and nursing/midwifery workforce requirements (including profile management) in a complex environment within industrial frameworks and organisational guidelines to provide safe, compassionate quality care that is culturally responsive.
- Demonstrated extensive leadership using contemporary change management methodologies and an understanding of current issues impacting on the nursing profession.
