Concierge (Administrative Officer, Level 3)
Selection Criteria
- Experience in a front line position or working directly with the public.
- Demonstrated listening, and questioning skills applied to a customer service environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to demonstrate excellence in providing a high level of customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and utilise discretion, prioritise and work as an efficient team member.
- Competent computer user - hardware and software, including data base and word processing programs.
- Proven workflow organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise competing demands.
