Selection Criteria

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Psychologist and Endorsement /Eligibility for Endorsement to the Clinical College
  • Clinical Doctorate/Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology.
  • Unrestricted NSW Driver's Licence (P2 licence acceptable)
  • Recent Mental Health experience and knowledge in a wide range of psychological assessment procedures and specific training and experience in cognitive-behavioural and other evidence based psychological treatments delivered on an individual or group basis.
  • An understanding of issues in contemporary mental health.
  • Ability to work independently and in consultation with the multi-disciplinary team with the ability to act as a consultant and to provide patient management advice to other staff when required.
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of recovery based practises
