Position Classification: Child Care Worker
Remuneration:$28.63 - $32.40 per hour plus 11.5% Superannuation

knowledge of early childhood development by providing support with program planning, implementation and
evaluation including taking regular observations of individual children, contributing to daily program outcomes,
reflective journals and portfolios when required. You will also ensure a welcoming, warm, child responsive, friendly atmosphere that foster's children's self- esteem and confidence.
- A Diploma or Certificate III qualification which meets the criteria defined in Children’s Services Education and Care Regulation 2011, current First Aid certificate and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificate.
- Applied knowledge of early education and care with reference to the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Demonstrate knowledge and skills in planning, implementing and evaluating a developmentally appropriate program for individual children aged 0-6 years.
