We are looking for an experienced Administrative Officer to join a dynamic and dedicated team.   
 
Your new role...


The Administrative Officer role will be based at Concord Repatriation General Hospital. 


The Central Bookings Officer is required to carry out a variety of administrative duties in accordance with the waiting list/elective surgery management process. The position requires a high level of negotiation skills to liaise with clinical, non-clinical support staff and the general public to ensure patients are admitted within their clinical recommended timeframes.

The ideal candidate will have...

  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills, including telephone communication skills of a high standard together with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in the scheduling of surgical and diagnostic procedures.
  • Ability to gain knowledge of MOH Waiting Time and Elective Patient Management Policy and Apply.
