Selection Criteria

  • Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills including telephone communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team member in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Demonstrated data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
  • Medical terminology certificate or ability and willingness to acquire one.
  • Awareness and understanding of privacy and confidentiality requirements.
  • Unrestricted NSW driver's licence (P2 Acceptable).
