About the Role

Concord Repatriation General Hospital has a well-earned reputation for excellence in healthcare for over 70 years. Building on its proud heritage of caring for the Veteran community, the hospital now services the local communities of Concord, Strathfield, Burwood and beyond.


Applications are invited from experienced administrative staff to join the Access Care Team, providing support for the delivery of intake services for Aged Health Chronic Care and Rehabilitation services. This Admin Officer Level 4 role involves a range of tasks, including telephone reception, referral screening, appointment scheduling, data management, and reporting. You will assist with Healthroster and My Aged Care referral management, as well as provide administrative cover for planned and unplanned leave for RACF Outreach and HITH teams across the district. In addition, you will support the preparation of Activity and Data reports and perform other duties as directed by the ACT NUM or delegate.

Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in delivering a high quality administrative service and managing change processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of customer focus.
  • Familiarity with Cerner and/or experience with other patient management information systems and have completed Medical Terminology training.
